2 weeks prior to Picture Day we will call and work out a schedule with you and deliver posters to hang immediately, to promote Picture Day.
1 week prior to Picture Day, we will email a graphic to get out to your parents via email, remind or other form of technology you use.
Before we arrive, please have rosters for each class with the siblings marked and any special instructions we may need to know.
During Picture Day... Relax! We have it under control!
We will arrive on time and ready to have fun and capture some great smiles!
We work in a team of 2: one photographer and one assistant. This insures the kids are comfortable, safe, and happy.
After we are done with the kids for that day, we will check with the front desk to assure that no one was missed.
After Picture Day:
7 -10 days after the photo shoot, we will send the parents a gallery to order online.
You will be given posters to hang and a graphic to send out electronically as well to remind parents of the due date for free shipping.
Any late orders will have to be placed online and shipped to the parent with an additional fee.
Orders placed by the due date will be delivered to the school.
